Kamyar Kavousi
Founder & Director – Project & Strategic Management
With 20 years of experience, Kamyar brings deep expertise across the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects and programs from early investment analysis and business cases through planning, design, construction delivery, and close-out in private and public sectors.
Beyond project delivery, Kamyar leverages his Strategy specialisation from Harvard Business School to work with leadership teams at organisations including SA Water, BHP, Adelaide Airport, and Power & Water. He supports governance design, PMO uplift, and strategy-to-execution alignment to help organisations respond to large-scale infrastructure transformation driven by ageing assets, urban growth, and global megatrends.
Kamyar is also an adjunct project management lecturer at UniSA and previously served as President and CEO of the PMI South Australia Chapter.
Fraser Simpson
Project Manager
Fraser is a Project Management professional with almost a decade of experience, supported by a strong background in engineering and finance. He has delivered projects across both public and private sectors, with a focus on technically complex initiatives involving significant stakeholder engagement. Fraser specialises in leading multi-disciplinary teams, directing design, overseeing governance, and managing construction and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on operational readiness, risk management, and delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
